Services Provided

This platform provides visual 3D digital renderings, concepts, and room design sketches.

Payment Terms & Processor

All checkout payments are securely handled through Stripe.

Turnaround Times & Project Completion

Initial design deliverables are submitted within 2–4 business days for the Basic package, 4–7 business days for the Standard Package, and 7–10 days for the Premium package. Designs may be delivered sooner than the estimated delivery timelines.

Revision Policy

Basic includes up to 1 round of layout adjustment, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 3.

Intellectual Property Rights

Draftly owns the final design copyrights until the full payment clears. Once paid, the customer receives the right to use the visual renderings for personal layout use, but cannot resell the raw digital design files.

Governing Law

The official Texas laws rule Draftly's contract agreements.

Section 2: Mandatory Business Disclaimers

All 3D renderings, sketches, and room layouts provided by Draftly are strictly for interior and/or outdoor visual concepts and aesthetic planning purposes only.

They are not structural blueprints, architectural stamps, or official engineering plans. Clients must consult a licensed local contractor or engineer if they plan to begin physical construction or demolition plans.

Because digital screens show lighting differently, physical reality may vary slightly. Digital textures, furniture representations, and paint colors may vary slightly from real-world products depending on lighting and monitor calibrations.

Section 3: Privacy Policy

Data Collection

Our Design Request forms ask customers for their first name, last name, email, phone number, city/state of residence (optional), preferred contact method, the number of rooms/spaces they want designs for, what type of rooms/spaces they are, the packages they will purchase, their preferred design style, what they hope to achieve in each room, photos (optional), room dimensions (optional), project budget (optional), and room limitations or requirements (optional).

Third Party Sharing

Draftly does NOT sell customer data, as it is securely shared with essential third-party partners (Stripe to process credit cards, and Tally.so to securely host the intake forms).

Age Restrictions

Draftly's website services are directed toward adults, real estate agents, and property holders over the age of 18.

Section 4: Refund and Cancellation Policy

No-Refund Policy

Due to the custom digital nature of 3D visual rendering services, all sales are final once your designer begins work on your design assignment. Refunds are not provided for completed design deliverables. However, we will work with you on the official revision process to ensure satisfaction.

Subscription Cancellation

Clients can cancel their monthly recurring billing cycle at any time but they must cancel approximately 1 day before their next automatic payment date to avoid being billed for the following month.

Section 5: Subscription Packages & Recurring Billing

Subscription Billing & Automatic Renewal

By signing up for a monthly package, you authorize Draftly to charge your designated payment method automatically every month from your initial sign-up anniversary date. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically at the established rate unless cancelled.

Monthly Project Allocations

MAXIMUM 4 ROOM DESIGN REQUESTS PER BILLING CYCLE. Each subscription tier grants a maximum of four (4) room design concept requests per individual billing cycle. Unused design allocations do not roll over, accumulate, or transfer into subsequent billing cycles. Monthly quotas reset to zero at the start of each automatic billing renewal date.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription holders may cancel their monthly recurring plan at any time by going to their customer portal, at least one (1) day prior to their next scheduled renewal date. If a subscription is cancelled mid-cycle, the user will retain access to submit design requests for their remaining monthly quota until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for early cancellations.
